This incident happened during my college days. My friends knew that I had the fear of speaking publicly but when there was a function organized in our college they called out my name suddenly and told that I would be speaking on the topic “friends”. I did not know what to do. Nervously, I went to the stage. To my surprise I spoke foe ten minutes and there was a loud applause. From then on I never had the fear and I should thank my friends for helping me overcome the fear.
